We will retain necessary data for up to 180 days after withdrawal for legal or transactional requirements.

6. International Data Transfers - Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including India, the EU, and others via third-party tools. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure data protection.

7. Payment - We may use Banks / UPI / third party payment companies etc. (“Payment Companies”) for processing payments. We and / or these Payment Companies do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

However, these Payment Companies operate under their own privacy and other policies, and Virtus or Pivot and /or any of our website (s) and our Services have no role to play in this regard.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by us and its service providers.

8. Data Storage and Security - Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Workspace. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Users are encouraged to safeguard passwords and log out after use.

10. Minors’ Data - Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. If we become aware of any data collected from minors without guardian consent, we will promptly delete it. Guardians may contact the Grievance Officer to request deletion.
